Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, the UK, and select European countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us at compliance@highrisecollection.com, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly — your satisfaction is our priority.
